The Rosanero have lost their last five games on the bounce, and last week's defeat at Genoa has all but ended European hopes.
But the 21-year-old Argentinian is leading the calls for change against the league leaders.
"Milan are a great team and they are famous around the world with many great players in the team," Pastore told Sky Sport Italia.
"But we hope to do well against them and return to being the team were once were. We have to be 100 per cent though as they will want to do their maximum to remain on course for the Scudetto.
"We never used to lose at home, but recently we have been losing many points."
The Aquile are currently ninth in the Serie A table, six points behind the Europa League cut-off, though they do have a Coppa Italia semi-final against Milan still to come.
